Beacon Property Inspection Services is a local, family-owned small business. Ryan is a Certified Professional Inspector by InterNACHI, the world's largest and most respected accredited organization certifying high quality home inspectors. He has completed the field's most rigorous 120 credit hour certification program in addition to extensive on-the-job training to be awarded this certification. Ryan provides a unique insight on home inspection with a background in commercial climbing wall construction and 1970s era home remodeling. Ryan, his beautiful wife, Jonetta, and their two boys enjoy mountain biking, backpacking, rock climbing, old jeeps, adventures, dancing around the house, and being generally crazy (Jonetta doesn't like this one as much).
